The Section of Career Development and Alumni Services is responsible for coordinating student internships, professional certification, career counseling, and alumni services. The Section actively connects with industry resources to develop diverse internship and employment opportunities, enhancing students’ workplace skills and employability. It also establishes alumni communication and service platforms to promote interaction between alumni and the University, strengthen alumni engagement, and create a virtuous cycle of talent development and alumni contribution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Managing matters related to graduates.
  • Career counseling and guidance for current students.
  • Administration of alumni association affairs.
  • Organizing UCAN career competency assessments, on-campus career counseling lectures, company presentations, and campus recruitment events.
  • Conducting Ministry of Education graduate tracer surveys.
  • Tracking and analyzing employment and further education outcomes of recent graduates.
  • Conducting career progression surveys of alumni from various departments and programs and analyzing the data.
  • Surveying and analyzing alumni employment satisfaction across departments and programs.
  • Surveying and analyzing employer satisfaction with graduates from various departments and programs.
  • Providing alumni services and coordinating selection of outstanding alumni.
  • Managing all aspects of off-campus student internships.
  • Coordinating internship guidance for current students.
  • Overseeing the reporting and compilation of professional certification data in technical and vocational databases.
  • Assisting in national skill certification-related affairs.
  • Coordinating off-campus internship programs and related activities.
